Eaton A16 Series IEC Magnetic Motor Starter

IEC Magnetic Motor Starters

(3)
IEC motor starters are a combination of contactors and overloads used to operate polyphase induction motors and protect them against running or stalled overcurrents, and feature components that meet IEC design standards. These components offer convenience and cost-effectiveness in one package, with capacities up to 38A.

IEC compliant magnetic motor starters are available as open frame starters or as enclosed manual motor starters. Open frame starters include a contactor, overload relay and auxiliary contacts. Enclosed manual motor starters include a contactor, overload protection, and auxiliary contacts.
Fuji Electric Duo Series Manual Motor Starter

IEC Manual Motor Starters

(3)
IEC manual motor protectors provide an all-in-one remote motor control protection solution. Units integrate the control (ON/Off) function, motor overload protection, instant short-circuit trip and phase loss protection. Models rated up to 63A are available.
  • Fuji Electric DUO series manual motor protectors with adjustable FLA up to 63A integrate functions of MCCB and overload relay
  • WEG MPW series motor protectors in 45mm frame with adjustable full load amperage settings, up to 32A ... New!
  • MS Series protectors with adjustable FLA settings in models up to 25A
7 to 22 Ampere (A) Current 3-Pole Miniature Electrical Contactor

IEC Magnetic Electrical Contactors

(6)
IEC magnetic contactors provide compact load control that can handle diverse switching needs. Contactors are available in capacities up to 360 Amps, with a wide selection of AC/DC coil voltages.
  • WEG Electric CWC series 3- and 4-pole miniature contactors up to 22A (15hp at 460V) provides small footprint
  • WEG Electric CWB series 3-pole contactors up to 80A (60hp at 575V) covers wide range of applications
  • Fuji Electric DUO and Odyssey series contactors in various frame sizes, with capacities up to 361A (300hp at 480 VAC)
  • Eaton CE15 Freedom series motor contactors up to 32A (20hp at 575V)
  • GH15 series in frame sizes up to 145mm, rated up to 315A (300hp at 575V)
Electronic Overload Protection Relay

IEC Overload Protection Relays

(2)
An overload relay is critical in motor control applications, whether using components designed for use with a brand or stand-alone units. IEC overload relays provide reliable and accurate electronic or thermal protection from device or component overload or phase loss.
  • WEG electronic overload relays for use with CWB series contactors offer solid-state performance with adjustable amperage settings
  • Eaton XT series electronic overloads up to 175A with selectable trip classes can be used with NEMA, IEC and definite purpose contactors of any brand
  • Thermal overload relays for WEG Electric, Fuji, and GH15 series contactors offer reliable, thermally-operated protection
Definite Purpose Electrical Contactors

Definite Purpose Electrical Contactors

(3)
Definite purpose contactors from Worldwide Electric Corp.
Definite purpose contactors are electrically activated switches designed for application-specific use such as HVAC and compressors to provide compact load control that can handle lower locked rotor switching needs.

WDP series definite purpose contactors are designed to provide compact load control. These reliable control components are available up to 60 amp capacity and in 1,2 or 3 pole configurations at coil voltages from 24 to 480VAC.
Enclosed Motor Disconnect

Manual Motor Disconnects

(2)
A motor disconnect is designed and tested to withstand motor overloads and high short-circuit fault currents while maintaining the ability to disconnect an electric motor for service or maintenance. Motor disconnects are installed on the load side of the branch circuit protective device.
Phase Monitoring Relay

Motor Control Relays

(6)
Motor control relays perform specific protective functions for motors or motor components to ensure proper and more efficient operation. Phase monitoring relays can detect faults in a 3-phase system; alternating relays balance load usage; pump seal failure relays monitor submersible pump shaft seals.
