Additional Information
  • CLICK® Analog CPU modules have built-in analog I/O (2-channel analog inputs and 2-channel analog outputs).
  • The CLICK® user-friendly programming software features 21 practical relay ladder logic and function block instructions supported by extensive online help files. The software is a free download.
Programmable controllers come in many form factors and levels of hardware options and software capabilities. CLICK® series controllers are low-cost, brick/stackable units used for simple control and monitoring, available with Ethernet communication and free easy-to-use programming software.

The CLICK® PLC offers a scalable solution
The stand-alone CLICK® PLCs can compete on size, price and ease of use with hardware designed for micro-projects, even programmable relays. But, they are also expandable and have features you'd expect in a practical PLC.

High Speed Counting Features Added
  • High speed counting and interval/duration/frequency measurement
  • Supported by Ethernet CPUs with DC inputs
  • Counting: Up, Down, Up/Down, Pulse/Direction, Quadrature (with Z)
  • Measurement: Intervals (Edge-Edge), Duration (High/Low), Frequency (Hz/RPM)
  • Preset Table to Trigger Outputs or Call Interrupt Programs
  • 100 kHz Inputs

CLICK® Ethernet Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Units
  • 10/100 Mbps multipurpose Ethernet port for faster networking and control.
  • Use the built-in Ethernet port to program your system, network your CLICK® or control Ethernet-enabled devices.
  • Using the Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP protocols, the new CLICK® PLCs will easily integrate into existing networks and provide simple, cost effective solutions.

CLICK® Proportional, Integral, and Derivative (PID)
  • PID loop control capability (up to 8 loops simultaneously) has been added to Ethernet Basic, Standard and Analog CLICK® PLCs.
  • PID offers features such as: Pulse width modulated control outputs, PID Monitor, Autotuning, Process variable alarms and Bumpless Transfer.

Built-In Communications
CLICK® Ethernet PLC units have one built-in Ethernet communications port that supports Modbus TCP Client/Server and EtherNet/IP Adapter/Server protocols and one standard RS-232 serial comm port. Additionally, Ethernet Standard and Ethernet Analog PLC Units have an RS-485 port for Modbus and ASCII communication.

Easy Installation
  • The CLICK® PLC programmable control system does not require a mounting base, which saves on space.
  • The CLICK® PLC CPU and I/O modules are connected together via an expansion port on the sides of the modules.

Expandable Input/Output (I/O)
  • A powered CLICK® PLC unit can be used as a complete standalone PLC control system with eight input points and six output points built-in,
  • Or, the PLC controller can be expanded with the addition of up to eight I/O modules.
  • A variety of CLICK® I/O modules are available for flexible and optimal PLC system configuration. The I/O numbering system is decimal.

Free Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Programming Software
  • The CLICK® PLC supports a very simple, but useful set of 21 easy to use instructions.
  • The 21 instructions cover most applications that are suitable for this class of programmable logic controller.
  • FREE 30-day training certificate included with each CPU
