Hinge interlock safety switches provide positively operated switching contacts and a tamper-resistant actuator mechanism for hinging machine guards. Intended for mounting to the hinged axis of guard doors (body fitted to door frame, actuator attached to door) they provide robust position interlock detection. The switch head can be rotated for optimum orientation.
